Hallowe'en is gone and April 1 isn't here, yet, nonetheless - these are the reasons dismiss an action by a person who alleged to be the victim of psychotronic (mind-controlling) weaponry. She sued a doctor alleging he failed to properly diagnose her condition. Not remarkably, he didn't agree with her diagnosis.
